GCSE Results Day is Thursday 22nd August 2019. The results will be available for students to collect from 9am until 11.30am in the main school hall. Students should enter through the main doors and queue at the desk for the relevant form group. They will be asked to sign to confirm they have collected their results in person.
We are looking forward to celebrating with our Year 11 leavers and hearing about their plans for the future. All the senior staff, Head of Year Ms Woodward, Mrs Pither (Careers Coordinator) and many subject staff will be on hand to congratulate and support students. Information will be provided with the results regarding the admissions services of our main Post 16 providers. There will also be information on appeals.
If your son/daughter is unable to collect his/her results in person on the morning of 22nd August, please contact Ms Sinclair at school (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make arrangements. Results can only be collected by a nominated adult if the school has been informed in writing of the name of the individual and their relationship to the candidate. The letter giving permission should be written and signed by the student themselves. The nominee will need to bring a form of identification in order to collect results on behalf of a Redmoor student.
Official certificates for GCSE qualifications are sent through to schools throughout November. There will then be a Certificate and Achievement Evening in early December, to which our ‘Class of 2019’ students and their families will be formally invited in order to be awarded their certificates. We do hope as many can make it as possible. The date will be confirmed in the Autumn.
