We all know how hard working from home, not being in school and not seeing friends and classmates can be. It is so important we look after our physical and mental health during these challenging times. 

Students’ tutors will check in with them on a regular basis. Students also have support from their Heads of Year, pastoral team, student support team and their class teacher if they need it. The list of staff contacts can be found by following this link: Staff Contact Details


There is lots you can do to support/look after your mental and physical wellbeing:

  • A daily home workout or a walk around your local area
  • Planning in an online yoga or meditation session
  • Switching off with a good book 
  • Planning in an online catch up or chat with a group of friends 
  • Making sure you stop working and have a break at 11.20am and lunchtime
