All staff at Redmoor Academy play a part in delivering the Futures programme – whether that is through careers education in specific subjects, or careers guidance as part of the PDP programme. However, day-to-day support, the organising of Futures-related trips and events and the planning of all Futures lessons is handled by Miss Phipps.
