We’re ending the term on a high with some brilliant news! ⚽🎉

A massive congratulations to our Year 11 football team for reaching the quarter-finals of the National Cup yesterday! They faced Tapton School and secured a dramatic 4–3 win on penalties after levelling the score at 3–3 with the very last kick of the game. An incredible display of teamwork, determination and resilience from all the lads!

They now progress to the quarter-finals, where they’ll take on Montsaye Academy. We wish them the very best of luck for the next match!

🎭 Macbeth Magic: Year 8’s Wickedly Wonderful Work

Year 8 have created some amazing homework this half term in response to their learning about the Witches in Macbeth. They have studied the very famous Act 1 Scene 1, and their creative homework was to create a potion that the witches could use to influence the events of the play.
